Based on our extensive experience helping designer and developers produce their responses to RFQs/RFPs throughout the city, the former San Francisco Redevelopment Agency hired lcp to overhaul their actual RFQ/FRFP documents for the Transbay Redevelopment parcels. The goal was to design a series of documents that provide a smoother submittal process and less confusion with what the Agency was asking from respondents. Over a five year period lcp designed the base template for the documents, prepared maps, and other infographic-based context to help describe the projects better, as well as flowed and formatted the ever-changing city requirements across dozens of complex charts and tables, all with an eye to make it easier for the end user to submit.
