lcp was part of a team lead by Shannon Leigh Associates, to design and develop a preliminary branding and signage system for this proposed mixed use residential and shopping development in Windsor, CA. The overall complex encompasses a mix of market rate and senior housing buildings along side an outdoor shopping center anchored by a large high-end grocery/market. lcp’s design for the branding and signage combines very modern and sleek type and color elements, with very earthy and rustic building materials, playing off the community’s location in the heart of California’s premier destinations for wineries and spas. Our preliminary signage scope included designs for all site-wide wayfinding, branded monument signs, retail directories, tenant signage guidelines, as well as all wayfinding and code required signage for the residential properties.
